“ Stopped by early on 9202024. Staff was friendly and the lady at the window offered me a crown. Despite being a 32 year old man and having no children in the car, I happily accepted my crown! Food was good, about what youd expect from a Burger King. The only issue I had was the sweet tea was way too sweet, to the point of being syrup. When I got to work I poured half out and replaced it with water just to make it drinkable. Otherwise, this was a great experience and excellent way to start an early Friday. ”

“ On a Sunday morning I stopped.at the Riverside Drive Burger King adjacent to a convenience store and Gray Highway Riverside stoplight intersection. The store manager complimented me of my conscientiousness ”

“ This has been a truly remarkable bad visit. We entered the drive thru at 830PM. We were not able to place our order for 10 minutes, and the only reason we didnt leave was that we were boxed in and unable to without driving down a ravine. The time on the receipt on our bag was 845PM. The person taking our order barely spoke to us, asking what do you want, whats your name and then pull around. After another 10 minutes, we finally reached the first window. The cashier did not appear until after we had waited for 5 minutes, and visibly played with their phone for several minutes before opening the window, taking our card without speaking to us, running it, and not giving us a receipt. Eventually we got to the pickup window. The employee opened the window, asked what your name is?, then closed it and walked away. After a minute or so he came back and asked my name again. Then he left and got in an argument with another employee. Eventually he gave us our food and closed the window without speaking another word. At this time it was 912PM. We ordered two value meals. We received childrens drinks, and the drinks were incorrect. The fries were dry and cold, as were the two burgers. We did not receive the Hershey pie we ordered at all. In total we spent nearly an hour in the drive thru to get an incomplete, incorrect, cold order from employees who barely acknowledged us. It should be noted that the only receipt we received was the receipt on the bag, which doesnt show the cost of the order or the store number this seems like a great way for employees to make it hard for people to complain about their service. ”

“ The food is always fresh and delicious. Its the favorite spot to stop at with the grandkids when we take them home after a visit. They call it the best play ground! ”
